Crankshafts

We no longer use the imported China Type 1 crankshafts, problems with flywheel shim space, issues with hardness and sizes of journals etc. All type 1 counter weight and stroker crankshafts are manufactured by DPR in the USA to our own specifications which include 0.750” dowel pin holes and magnafluxing. All 8 dowel crankshafts are supplied without the dowels fitted to allow the flywheel to be reamed.
